Ethics & Fraud Hotline
We assist businesses and government institutions to combat fraud and corruption by providing a safe reporting facility for their stakeholders.
Certified by the Ethics Institute as a Safeline-Ex service provider, our Ethics & Fraud Hotline assists organisations in combating fraud and corruption by providing a dedicated safe report line, as well as awareness material and training.
This hotline is available 24/7 and provides employees, customers, suppliers, service providers and other interested parties with various channels of communication to disclose fraud, corruption, theft, misconduct or any other unethical behaviour or practice.
How it works
With the option to remain fully anonymous, our process is both safe and easy, allowing reports from Whistleblowers to be reviewed in a few easy steps.
After the disclosure has been captured, Whistleblowers can enquire at any time about the status of such disclosure and the steps that have been taken. They can also provide more information and/or evidence.
Whistleblowers have the right to remain anonymous and Advance Call is therefore obliged to protect their identity.
