By submitting your information to us via a contact form, you are giving us permission to contact you by way of customer service.

Subscribe forms

By subscribing to our newsletter via our subscription form, you are giving us permission to notify you of any content posted on our website. You have the option of unsubscribing from our website at any time by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of our email.

How long we retain your data

If you have provided your details to us via our contact form or subscribe form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Personal information collected by Advance Call is not shared with or stored at any entity outside of the jurisdiction of the Republic of South Africa, and is used solely for the purpose that it is intended for as explicitly communicated to the data subject. Advance Call will take reasonable steps to ensure the protection of all personal identifiable information of our data subjects, and to ensure that data is not processed on any external systems accessible by a 3rd party within prior notification to the data subject.
